I'm a Master's Student at UC Davis in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. I want to pursue a career in wastewater management, and research ways to get different kinds of things out of our water so that it's clean enough to put back into the environment and clean enough for humans to drink. This pursuit involves learning lots of math and science and meeting really knowledgeable people. I want to use all that I gain at Davis to work towards finding solutions to some of the problems that face large-scale wastewater treatment systems as well as to meet the needs of people living without access to basic sanitation systems or without access to clean water.
