Hi!
I'm moving to Ithaca this summer. For months I've been trying to determine where to live that's entirely walkable and so far I've come up with the downtown area. I started to try to determine who to rent from and have heard so many horror stories. I am not up for a slumlord fight or multiple moves. Can anyone recommend a decent landlord? Also, is downtown the only place to live if a person is car-free? I have no intention of getting a car, and I enjoy walking.
